This Privacy Policy explains what information Lyons Share Real Estate (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects through www.lyonssharerealestate.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to this policy.

The Site is an informational website for our brokerage. It does not have user accounts, online forms, email sign-ups, or a search tool, so we collect very little information through it.

Information you give us directly. The main way to reach us is by phone. If you call, we collect what you choose to tell us, such as your name, phone number, and details about the property you want to buy or sell. We do not collect this information through the Site itself.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request, and the date and time of the request. This data is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure, and diagnose problems.

Cookies and tracking. The Site does not currently use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or tracking pixels. If that changes, we will update this policy before the change takes effect.

• To meet legal, licensing, and record-keeping obligations that apply to a Nevada real estate brokerage.

• With service providers that help us run the Site or our business, such as our website hosting provider, and only as needed for those services.
• When you ask or authorize us to, for example to coordinate a transaction with another party you have engaged.
• When required by law, regulation, subpoena, or a request from a government or licensing authority such as the Nevada Real Estate Division.
• In connection with a sale, merger, or transfer of our business.

If you become a client, Nevada real estate law may require us to keep certain transaction records for a set period, and we handle that information under our written agreement with you and applicable law. This policy covers the Site only and does not replace those obligations.

The Site may link to websites we do not control, including the website of the company that built it. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other websites. Please review their policies before sharing information with them.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law.

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, call us and we will delete it.

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. Under Nevada law, residents may also ask us not to sell their covered personal information. We do not sell personal information, but you may still contact us to make that request.
